How to Return

  1. Email us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a return shipping label within 1 business day.
  3. Ship the book back in its original condition.
  4. Once received, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • The book must be in reasonable condition (undamaged, no missing pages).
  • Digital content (QR video library) is non-refundable once accessed, but the physical book refund still applies.

Exchanges

If your book arrived damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no cost. Contact us with a photo of the damage.
